MEGAbiotics does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may use your information for internal marketing and advertising efforts within our company, and we may send you information on specials offered by MEGAbiotics. Your phone number will only be used in the event that Customer Service has a need to contact you about an order you have placed, or to get feedback on our Customer Service. |

Cookies used by MEGAbiotics are encrypted for security, however we do not store any security-sensitive data such as credit card information, addresses, or phone numbers in our Cookies.

| MEGAbiotics uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your data while it is transmitted over the Internet. When you register for a MEGAbiotics account your account password is stored in an encrypted format in our database, as is your credit card number if have placed an order while a registered member. If you have not registered for an account we do not store your credit card information. We only reveal the last 5 digits of your credit card when displaying that information on any Web page. We must, of course, transmit the full credit card number to the credit card company when you are making a purchase. If you are a registered member you can use the My Account area of the site to edit your password and to edit or delete your credit card information. We recommend that you use the Sign Out tab to sign out of our Web site when you are using a shared computer.

| Consultants |

| MEGAbiotics uses Consultants to help market our products. If you are a MEGAbiotics customer through a Consultant, said Consultant does not have access to any personal information beyond your name and the total quantity and amount of each order.

| MEGAbiotics does not sell products for purchase by children. We do sell some children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use our Web site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
